(below heart-shaped medallion, upper left) Weg Welt, weg Sund dir geb nicht mein Hertz nur Jesu dir ist, sein [seien] dise [diese] Sprulein [Spruchlein] zu gericht behalt sie fur und fur. (Hence World, hence Sin, I give not my heart to thee, only to Thee, Jesus, is [it given]. May these sayings be a guide to you. Hold them [in remembrance] always.)
