«This past January the Met hosted an electric and unforgettable evening of jazz performances, Jazz & Colors: The Masterworks Edition. Visitors all across the Museum followed their ears and became spontaneous audience members, visiting gallery after gallery to enjoy as many concerts as they could fit in during the evening's two sets. Even the New York Times commented: "There was a feeling, at closing time, of not having gotten even a fraction of what there was to get. If you're lucky to have Jazz & Colors happening in your vicinity, go, when it returns in April." Well, Jazz & Colors is returning on Friday, April 24, with an even more intense and intimate experience.»
With a new set list and lineup, Jazz & Colors: The Full Spectrum Edition is inspired by art's brilliant colors and features songs that convey color—both in their titles and as an emotional connector. This edition spotlights renowned jazz musicians as they perform across ten iconic Met spaces for a dynamic evening of sublime entertainment. Each jazz group will play their interpretations of the same program, simultaneously, in these different galleries. Performances will take place at 6:00 and 7:30 p.m., and the complete set list and lineup is now available.

Jazz & Colors is a co-production of Met Museum Presents and the independent music and film entrepreneur Peter Shapiro.
