Perfume bottle
Possibly by Jasper Fysher
Not on view
This may originally have served as a powder horn, which could have been suspended from a cord passed through the holes formed by the tail of the dragon at each side of the neck. The pierced cover and foot were added later to adapt it to the function of a perfume sprinkler.
