From top to bottom, and left to right:
Design is for a lock plate and is in the shape of a rectangle. At the center of the design is a grey-shaded key hole that is attached to a series of coiling vines of acanthus leaves, flowers, and grotesque heads. Placed inside the upper left and right corners are diverse foliage elements. Along the bottom of the left and right edges are sections of other key holes.
