Plate 60, Relief with Marcus Aurelius (at left) extending his hand to kneeling German and Parthian figures. According to the inscription the relief was displayed in the Palazzo Orsini, which was building on the ruins of the Theater of Marcellus. This image appears at the end of the volume, in a section of nineteen plates (and four half-page unnumbered images) with ancient Roman statues and bas-reliefs. Unlike the plates in the rest of the volume, these are not accompanied by descriptive text.
