Drawing, design for a woman's costume, part of a group of 88 costume designs by Vincente Minnelli. The costume consists of a red vest with white polka dots and large, flared cap sleeves over a high-neck, white blouse, a matching red skirt with white polka dots, figure-hugging at the hips and flared at the bottom, and a red belt with a white oval buckle. The hair is short, wavy and platinum blonde, held back by a red headband; the shoes are white, with pointed toes and high heels.

An additional sheet of notes typed by Vincente Minnelli contains the details of the costume: "#64 (alternate) / Red polka dotted taffeta, white dots, With / large cap sleeves which flare in circular ruffle, being cut circular. There is a / white vestee of taffeta, draped high to / base of throat. Belt of red patent leather. / The skirt fits the hips snugly, and flares / out in a circular flare below the hips. / This dress is made also in bright blue."
