Drawing, design for a man's costume, part of a group of 88 costume designs by Vincente Minnelli. The costume was designed for the musical 'At Home Abroad', created for the Shuberts and performed in Broadway in 1935. It consists of a gray jacket with wide cuffs and brown lapels over a brown waistcoat, white shirt, and green tie, worn with orange shorts with brown trimmings, long, brown socks with orange bands, brown pointed-toe shoes, and green hat with light green band and feathers.
