Plate 32, Capriccio with view of the funerary cippi of the Praetorian guard. The oversized burial markers are set in a landscape, with groups of figures throughout. This is the seventh of thirteen plates with funerary urns, altars and cippi. Below this plate is an untitled and unnumbered image with a fragment of a bas-relief showing the back of a male figure who stands behind a low wall. These two images appear before page 27, which contains a portion of the chapter describing this plate.
