Illustration with a design for a taffeta cape and embroidered muff, part of the 51st issue of the "Journal des dames et des modes", published in Paris on October 20, 1913. The illustration features a woman wearing a black cape with ruffled border and pink lining, and with a ruffled neck inspired on Elizabethan ruffs, over a long, narrow, gray skirt, a black and gray hat with green ribbon and pink lining, and pink high heels. She holds a black muff on her hand with ruffled border and embroidered with a pink, green and yellow floral motif and with two pink hanging tassels. She stands inside a room with a red rack with a standing bird, in front of a window that reveals white clouds and yellow trees.
