Not on view

Illustration with a design for an afternoon outfit, part of the 63rd issue of the "Journal des dames et des modes", published in Paris on February 20, 1914. The illustration features a woman wearing a blue outfit made up of matching jacket and ankle-length, narrow skirt. The neck, lapels and cuffs of the jacket are of a brighter shade of blue, as is the belt, tied to form a ribbon bow at the front of the jacket. She wears a white shirt with ruffled neck and cuffs, which can be seen under the jacket. She wears a black hat with black feathers, a black ribbon with a hanging brown teardrop stone around her neck, and blue shoes with crossing straps. She wears light blue gloves and one of her hands hods a small violet and blue muff.
