Illustration with a design for a gray outfit with coral buttons, part of the 69th issue of the "Journal des dames et des modes", published in Paris on April 20, 1914. The illustration features a woman wearing a gray outfit made up of matching long, narrow skirt and hip-length jacket with flounces, with pink lining and decorated with strips of small coral buttons. She wears a white shirt with coral stripes under the jacket, a gray hat decorated with coral and blue strips of fabric and black feathers, and high-heeled boots of the same color as the skirt. She stands in front of a mirror, looking at herself, and surrounded by hats, as if trying to choose the one that fits her outfit best.
