Illustration with a design for a dancing costume, part of the 72nd issue of the "Journal des dames et des modes", published in Paris on May 20, 1914. The illustration features a young woman wearing an Oriental-inspired dancing gown with an ankle-length, narrow, pink skirt and a long, irregular, semi-transparent blouse, shorter in the front, decorated with two small pink roses on the sleeves and with a strip of small pink flowers on the border, and worn with a red cape with cream lining, held by a jeweled brooch that stands on the front of her neck. She also wears a purple fabric belt around her waist, tied to a small bouquet of pink roses on her hip. Her hair is pulled up, decorated with a couple of small, pink roses, and her feet are dressed with pink, lace-up shoes.
