Nineteenth plate of album with 20 pochoir pattern plates, titled "Samarkande: 20 Compositions en couleurs dans le Style oriental" (Samarkand: 20 Color Compositions in the Oriental Style), created by E. A. Séguy and published in Paris by Charles Massin around 1914, presenting an ornamental design, probably for textiles or wallpapers, with semi-abstract flower motifs, inspired on the Oriental styles created by the artists of Samarkand. The design is made up of alternating rows of semi-abstract, exotic flowers, made up of abstract, green petals, surrounding a green patch with small, dark blue and silver dots, surrounded by bundles of round, red fruits, and framed by semi-abstract thorns, outlined with dark blue and colored with silver, standing on thin, dark blue stems, with thin, long, scrolling leaves, outlined with dark blue and colored with silver, on a light gray ground.
