Roman

Not on view

Translucent blue, purple, honey yellow, and turquoise blue layered with opaque yellow appearing green, opaque white, and colorless.

Convex-curving side.

Striped mosaic pattern formed from two broad canes laid side by side in parallel rows separated from one another by a single length of a network cane in colorless with a double spiral yellow thread: one cane comprises strips in green white, and purple with a central white line, and the other in a blue strip flanked by white and purple stripes, honey yellow layered with white, and blue with irregular white streaks.

Polished on exterior, with some pitting of surface bubbles; dulling and iridescent weathering on interior and jagged edges.
