A Musical Celebration of Black History Month with Harpist Brandee Younger

Brandee Younger, harpist, composer, and educator

Join experts for 45-minutes of lively music and dialogue on works of art on view in the galleries. In this program, musician Brandee Younger discusses the significance of the harp’s contribution to the American musical landscape in connection to The Met collection. Listen to the sounds of the harp as Younger gives a demonstration on her own instrument.

Presented in celebration of Black History Month.
