Costumes Parisiens 152: Tailleur de petit drap canari garni de boutons d’ambre clair
Illustration with a design for a yellow suit, part of the 67th issue of the "Journal des dames et des modes", published in Paris on April 1st, 1914. The illustration features a woman wearing a long, narrow skirt and matching jacket with a double flounce around the hips, belted around the waist and fastened by a black button, with black lapels and cuffs, over a white shirt and a dark blue tie. The jacket is decorated with strips of small, white buttons. She wears a white hat with black details and long, yellow, curved feathers, white gloves, and black-and-white boots, and holds a long, blue-and-white cane on one hand. With the other hand she pulls open a black curtain with purple stripes.
