Wendingen

The avant-garde journal "Wendingen" was an important outlet for the discussion of contemporary arts in the Netherlands. Each issue was generally devoted to a single topic, ranging from architecture, dance, and technology to the art of Scandinavia, the Italian Primitives, and Bali. The journal's covers, created by different contemporary artists, had a great impact on the graphic arts of the era.
