Colorful Korea—Inside the Collector’s Eye

Join the son and grandson of Lea R. Sneider (1925–2020) to take a deep dive into the lively and colorful forms highlighted in her diverse collection, featured in the exhibition Colorful Korea: The Lea R. Sneider Collection. Over the course of forty years, Sneider formed a significant collection of Korean art, spanning from the fifth century to the present, that challenged established norms, highlighted the warmth of the people who engaged with the works, and emphasized cultural and everyday relevance.
