粮官尼卡拉在纽塞拉在位期间或之后的经济活动中扮演着重要角色。从他墓中找到的四座雕像中现有两尊保存在大都会博物馆。其中之一（花岗岩质）将他描绘为一位书吏。在上图这座雕像中，他被刻画成骄傲的一家之主。他的妻子库恩努布蹲坐在他左腿边，而他年幼的女儿库恩内布梯则站在他右腿边。雕工上特别值得注意的是许多表现细腻的人体细节，最初彩绘的痕迹也使雕像更加生动。
