Wendingen: Maandblad for Bouwen en Sieren van Architectura et Amicitia (May 1918, nr. 5)
This issue, number 5 of year 1 (1918) is dedicated to architecture and contains, among others, a discussion of the buildings built for the second Dutch annual fair of industries illustrated with photos of several buildings and interiors, a socio-historical overview of architecture, an unillustrated piece on the murals of Frank Brangwyn, a description of the office building of Muller & Co in London as designed by H. P. Berlage, and an introduction of the work of the Swedish painter Ivar Arosenius. Also included in this issue is a reproduction of a concert poster by the artist Jan Sluijters, and photos of exhibitions held in Cologne and Dusseldorf. The cover illustration for this issue was done by Richard Roland Holst.
