Design for the Palace of the river Sangar, with a park lined with a row of statues and trees on either side. At the end of the rows, three fountains set in front of a wall, with a cascade in the background behind. From a series of six prints with designs for stage sets all seen through a proscenium. The series was first published in 1702 by the artist himself and included in both oeuvre publications.
