Placed into this Bible are two sheets demonstrating calligraphy. Robert Ware of the Bible and the Sun shop on Warwick Lane added a preface to explain the volume and its contents; the second sheet appears to be an elaborate notice of gift from Buchinger himself to Mrs. Elizabeth Syke of Edinburgh on February 26, 1728.
