An allegorical composition with Neptune driving the marine chariot of Britannia, decorated with portraits of naval heroes and battle in the background, representing the defeat of the French fleet by Sir Edward Hawke on November 20, 1759. The figures portrayed in rondels are George III, Sir Edward Hawke, Admiral Richard Howe, Sir Charles Saunders, Admiral Augustus Keppel, Admiral George Anson, Sir George Pocock, and Admiral Boscawen.
