This print is bound in Volume III of Oeuvres. Jombert published his collection of Le Pautre in 1751. Volume III contains "desseins d'orfeverie, serrurerie, etc.;" This print is part of a series of five plates depicting moveable fountains. The series was published by Jean I Leblond, by Gérard I Jollain, and by Jean-Louis Huot.
