At left a pretty young woman holds a book and looks wistfully across at her husband. At right ar four classical busts, a fireplace, a cat, and a gothic revival desk over which hangs a caged bird. Mounted with four other scenes designed and etched by Rowlandson: 59.533.1022(2-4, 6) and title page 59.533.1022(1).
