Negligée

French

Not on view

The initials "AP" indicate that this charming negligee was owned by Abigail (Kingsley Norman) Prince, Mrs. Prince, Senior, of New York society. The garment is beautifully made by hand of fine, soft and comfortable lawn. The attention taken to use contrasting white on the decorative hemstitching is the type of touch specific to French workmanship.
