Marking: Stamped on the right shoulder: ROM ROM below an orb, surmounted by a cross; stamped on the helmet three times with the Missaglia mark: a split-foot cross with the letters BG, BC, or BO; on the gorget plate of the buffe: one or two letters (unidentified) surmounted by a crown; also on the gorget plate: two marks consisting of two letters, possibly I and A, surmounted by a cross.
