Evening Thou Bringest All
This ink drawing is a copy of a Fuseli lithograph, the latter published in "Specimens of Polyautography, consisting of impressions taken from Original Drawings made on stone, purposely for this work" (1802–6). A woman sits on a daybed or divan by a window and pulls back the curtain to look out. The image relates to a drawing at Dresden and painting in the Goethe Museum at Frankfurt.
