Young pianist Minnie Sky Arrow reportedly wore this fully beaded dress as a recital gown. It features a curving yoke and a straight-edged flaring skirt. Beaded designs—possibly representing stars, clouds, and supernatural beings—frame the yoke and run along the sides and bottom of the garment. During the early reservation period, the use of allover beading on clothing and other objects became popular, and this dress was created at the height of the style.
