Fourth plate of album with 20 pochoir pattern plates, titled "Floréal: Dessins & Coloris Nouveaux" (Floreal: New Designs and Colors), created by Émile-Allain Séguy and published in Paris by A. Calavas in 1925 or earlier. The plate contains four ornamental designs, possibly for textiles or wallpapers, with lively, semi-abstract motifs inspired from nature. The first design is made up of an undulating garland of leaves, colored with black, with semi-abstract flowers, colored with yellow and shades of purple, and clusters of smaller flower buds, colored with shades of orange, with offsetting leaves, colored with blue and colored with black, on a green ground. The second design is made up of a vertical strip of heart-shaped leaves, colored with green and red, and with white dots, and outlined with dark brown, on a dark purple ground. The third design is made up of bundles of large, heart-shaped leaves, colored with cream, yellow, and green, and two small flower buds, colored with light shades of brown, on a white ground with vertical intermittent lines, colored with purple. The fourth design is made up of alternating trees, made up of undulating, black trunks with purple outlines and thin, offsetting, black scrolling branches with dark green leaves, separated by oval frames, colored with shades of purple, two of them containing different kinds of green vases holding orange bushes, on a blue ground with black grass, the other with a fountain with flowing water colored with white, in front of large, orange trees, and a blue ground.
