Dieses Tor ist Sankt Leonhard, dem Schutzheiligen der Gefangenen, gewidmet und diente der kleinen Kirche von San Leonardo al Frigido in der Toskana als Haupteingang. Ein antiker Sarkophag wurde für die Türpfosten umfunktioniert und war links mit der Verkündung und der Heimsuchung beschnitzt sowie rechts mit Sankt Leonhard, der einen symbolischen Gefangenen hält. Der Einzug in Jerusalem auf dem Türsturz ist einem frühchristlichen Grabrelief nachempfunden und spiegelt das Interesse an dieser geschichtlichen Epoche wider, das im Italien des 12. Jhds. herrschte.
