这扇门是献给囚犯的守护圣徒——圣利奥纳德的，它曾是位于托斯卡纳的小教堂圣利奥纳多·阿尔·弗里吉多教堂的正门。一件古代石棺饰板被重新用作大门两边的支撑侧柱；左侧的雕刻分别是天使报喜和圣母访问，右边则是圣利奥纳德举着一个囚犯标记。横楣上的“进入耶路撒冷”石雕模仿了一件早期的基督教墓碑浮雕，反映出十二世纪的意大利开始重新流行对那个时代的兴趣。
