Lidded vase with two high-arched handles resting on satyr masks. The body of the vase is divided in three tiers. The top frieze is marbled, the middle frieze is decorated with a motif of two lions flanking a ring and the bottom part pf the vase is decorated with gadroons. Tenth plate from a series of twelve vases after the antique, engraved by Antonio Veneziano dated 1530-1531. The prints were later published again by Antonio Salamanca.
