Album of 19th century costume plates, consisting of 60 plates and 1 drawing of women's costumes, some also featuring male costumes. The lithographs contain a variety of designs for traditional costumes from different parts of the world, as well as costumes for literary characters, such as Esmeralda, created by Robin, Dadou fils, Lacauchie and Chatiniere. The drawing consists of a milkmaid signed "D.B." and tipped in at back.
