One of a series published by Baxter, this print shows Belgian sculptures displayed at the Great Exhibition including "The Faithful Messenger" by Joseph Geefs (1808-1805), "The Unhappy Child" by Eugène Simonis (1810-1893), and "The Lion in Love" by Guillaume Geefs (1805–1883), a subject from a fable by Aesop.
