Meet Yolŋu artists Gunybi Ganambarr (b. 1973) and Wukun Wanambi (b. 1962) as they explore the relationship and tension between medium and landscape. Using industrial materials like metal, pipes, and PVC, Ganambarr transforms traditional techniques of Arnhem Land bark painting, bringing the impacts of industrialization into critical dialogue with ancestral landscapes and designs.
