Tall Clock
Many clockworks signed by Joakim Hill are known. The dial was probably made by Nolen and Curtis, who worked together in Boston between 1807 and 1820. Adolph Yuncker, who cleaned this clock, worked in Germantown, Pennsylvania, for at least part of his career. This clock has an eight-day, rack and snail movement with an anchor escapement.
