皮革ケース入り化粧道具
この洗練された化粧道具の完成された意匠と優れた技巧は、高貴さを象徴しています。貴族が毎日の身支度に使ったこれらの品は所有者の社会的地位を示し、当時は結婚式の翌朝に「朝の贈物」として夫が花嫁にこのような素晴らしい化粧道具を贈る習慣がありました。多様で精巧な銀製品で名高いアウグスブルクで作られたこの作品は、スワビアのシェンク・フォン・シュタウフェンベルク伯爵のものでした。アドルフ・ ヒットラーの暗殺を試みて失敗し、1944年に処刑された有名なクラウス・フォン・シュタウフェンベルクは彼の子孫です。
