이 비단 벽 패널은 벽걸이 한 벌의 한 쌍 중 하나로서, 다양한 출처에서 주제를 독창적으로 통합하기로 유명했던 프랑스 및 스페인 귀족들을 위해 일했던 찰스 4세 뒤구루크 왕을 위해 스페인 아랑후에스에 있는 전원의 휴양 궁전 ‘농부의 집’의 당구장을 장식하기 위한 것이었습니다. 이러한 패널에서 바티칸 로지아에 있는 라파엘의 장식은 주요 영감이었습니다. 리옹에서 고급 비단의 으뜸가는 제작자로 알려진 카미유 페르농이 만든 이러한 패널은 짜고 수놓은 장식을 조합한 대걸작입니다.
