재판관을 비난하는 성 니콜라우스
이 작품은 성 니콜라우스의 전설에 기초한 두 장의 유리 패널 중 한 장입니다. 장밋빛 옷을 입고 주교모를 쓴 니콜라우스는 현지 재판관에게 반역 혐의로 기소된 무고한 기사의 석방을 요청합니다. 근위병이 이를 지켜보고 있습니다. 이 패널은 1190년대 성가대석을 건설 중이던 수아송 대성당의 성 니콜라우스 예배당 회랑을 장식했을 것으로 추정합니다. 각각의 이야기 장면을 아케이드가 둘러싸고 있는 구도는 수아송과 밀접하게 연관된 작품 중 가장 오래된 작품에 속합니다. 고전적인 우아한 인물상과 유려한 의복 표현은 이 시기 북 프랑스 양식의 특징입니다.
