这是流传至今的古代意大利琥珀雕刻中最为复杂的一件,其底座上的穿孔里尚留有铁针痕迹,表明这是一枚装饰扣针(即安全别针)。一对男女斜卧于躺椅之上,女子手握一只小瓶,左手手指轻触瓶口。陪伴她的是位圆脸无须的年轻男子。一只鸟依偎在二人肩头,一名小侍从站在他们脚边。尚不确定这两位人物是凡人还是神祗。
