Colorless with yellow tinge.
Outsplayed rim; tall, cylindrical neck; rounded shoulder; elongated body with concave-curving side; rounded bottom with small pontil scar.
On body, eight irregular small indents below shoulder.
Broken at rim with most of rim missing, but rest of body intact; some large round and elongated bubbles, and blowing striations; iridescence on exterior, soil encrustation and iridescent weathering on interior.
