Cup with Molded Honeycomb Pattern
The imprecise "honeycomb" pattern that decorates the surface of this vessel, as well as the off-center placement of the seventeen-petalled rosette on the bottom, indicates that the cup was blown outside the mold, or was "dip-molded," after the design was impressed.
