Dashboard

Click the   A diagonally-oriented, two-headed arrow used to enter full screen mode on the Dashboard.    expand icon to view the dashboard in full screen mode.

The dashboard you see above represents some of the many facets of the library's services and collections. Building print and digital collections, delivering a wide range of services to our researchers, social media initiatives, active use of the collections, digitization, conservation, and cataloging are all represented here.

The dashboard's data source is an Excel workbook shared among library staff. Each month, we gather statistics and update the data. The application of Microsoft's PowerBI software visualizes the data and lays out the various components of each page. The dashboard is interactive; try hovering over one of the graphs. The numbers and charts will dynamically change as we update the statistics.

Fiscal Year (July 1-June 30) to date

Page 1 of the dashboard offers statistics for the current fiscal year to date. This is the most up-to-date summary data about the library.

Fiscal Year final

The dashboard's Page 2 provides summary data for the previous fiscal year. Here you can observe the growth or change in our activities and collections in comparison to last year.
