Mrs. Charles Cummings (Rebecca Pittard)
Rebecca Pittard (1784-1865) was born in Bristol, England. In 1803, she married Charles Fox Cadby Cummings, who was related to Thomas Seir Cummings, the miniature painter who studied with Inman and became his partner.
