The bronze tomb of the Romantic painter Théodore Géricault (1791–1824) is in the Père Lachaise cemetery, in Paris. On top, Géricault reclines in the manner of an Etruscan funerary effigy. The front bears a relief after his immortal Raft of the Medusa.
