ハルピュイアとスフィンクス穿孔模様の水差し

器壁が二重になったこの水差しは、外壁に繊細な彫刻と透かし細工を施し、金属の水差しを巧みに模倣しています。ハルピュイア(神話の鳥女)とスフィンクス、四足の動物、そして渦巻き模様のある透かし細工を最初に黒とコバルト・ブルーで塗った後、透明のトル コ釉を総掛けしています。口縁に沿って書かれたペルシア語の詩歌は詩人のルクン・アル=ディン・キンミのもので、底に近い腰の部分にある無名の愛詩に焼造の日付が残されています。
