사디스 아르테미스 신전 기둥
이 기둥 부분은 제작 당시 설치되었던장소인 아르테미스 신전에서의 높이는 약17.7미터(58피트)였으며 기다란 세로 홈이 새겨진 이오니아식 기둥입니다. 기둥머리의 섬세한 잎사귀 장식은 이 신전의 현존 기둥머리 중에서도 독특하며 토루스(잎사귀 장식 대좌)의 비늘 모양 식물 문양도 이례적으로 정교합니다. 이 기둥머리는 같은 신전에서 발굴된 다른 기둥머리에 비해 약간 작은 편이어서 외부 주랑에 속하지 않았던 것임을 알 수 있습니다. 두 개의 유사한 기둥이 동편 및 서편 현관을 지지했었는데, 이 부분은 필시 그 중 하나일 것입니다.
