노매도

매화는 노목에서도 싹을 틔우기 때문에 매화나무는 불굴의 정신 및 회춘을 상징합니다. 이 미닫이문은 교토의 유명한 선사인 묘신지에 속한 텐쇼의 선승 처소에서 사용되었습니다. 과장되게 굽은 나무와 기하학적인 바위의 예리한 윤곽선은 가노 산라쿠(1559–1635년)의 제자이며 양자였던 가노 산세츠의 낙관이 있는 작품의 고유한 양식입니다. 산라쿠는 묘신지에서 많은 후원을 받았으며 산세츠도 이 선사의 지원을 계속 받았을 것입니다.
