山水册及题诗

依然忠于明朝的龚贤在入清（1644 –1911年）以后甘愿以“遗民”身份隐居山林。此页来自一本画册，龚贤在这本画册中把明旧都南京周围他最常去的地方与神仙的居所相比。在图上这间隐蔽的茅舍之旁，龚贤还题诗一首，对比兰花能耐冬日严寒，正如君子；而荆棘却被当作柴火烧掉，如同小人。龚贤完善了一种水墨画中“点”的技巧，使他能在画作中同时表现浓度与透明度。
